About the Role
The Esports Foundation is seeking a Director of Digital Products to own fan-facing products including websites, mobile apps, and gamification experiences. The role involves setting product vision, driving fan engagement, and owning technology decisions.

Responsibilities
- Own the multi year vision, strategy, and roadmap for all EWC and ENC digital products — web, mobile, gamification, and emerging fan experiences
- Embed AI across the portfolio in production ready environments, owning the AI product strategy from use case to shipped, measurable feature
- Own the gamification and engagement engine — fantasy, pick’em, quests, factions, and loyalty — as the core driver of repeat engagement
- Translate engagement into revenue, owning the commercial product strategy and in product monetization
- Own the technical stack and architectural decisions across the portfolio, making fast build vs buy calls while engineering and IT own build and run
- Spearhead and own global scale launches and go to market for new products and features
- Author clear PRDs, run the end to end RFP and vendor selection process, and hold agencies and partners to account on delivery
- Drive decisions with data and a test and learn culture across acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue
- Build, lead, and mentor a high performing Digital Product team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management, digital media, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, UX strategy, or platform operations within gaming, esports, or entertainment industries
- Hands on experience bringing AI enabled products to production
- Ability to own technical stack and architectural decisions across a product portfolio
- Proven success driving engagement, retention, and monetization through digital products
- Deep expertise in gamification, personalization, and fan/user engagement mechanics
- Experience owning go to market and global scale launches
- Strong analytical mindset; fluent in data and experimentation
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Education And Experience
