Conduct reviews of operations, functions, finances, management, and compliance to support the company's mission and vision.
Coordinate with the Internal Audit Head and oversee operational and functional audit activities.
Risk Assessment
- Identify and analyze risks that may affect achievement of organizational objectives.
- Identify significant financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Assess the likelihood and impact of each risk.
- Determine risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure new and emerging risks are reviewed regularly.
Control Activities
- Review the implementation of policies and procedures designed to mitigate risks and achieve organizational objectives.
Information and Communication
- Ensure relevant information flows through the organization so employees can perform their duties effectively and decisions use accurate data.
- Communicate policies, procedures, and responsibilities clearly to all organizational levels.
- Disseminate relevant information to management in a timely manner for decision-making.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct reviews of operations, functions, finances, management, and compliance.
- Ability to identify and analyze financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Ability to assess risk likelihood and impact and determine mitigation strategies.
- Ability to review new and emerging risks regularly.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures used to mitigate risks and achieve objectives.
- Ability to communicate policies, procedures, and responsibilities across organizational levels.
- Ability to disseminate relevant information to management in a timely manner for decision-making.
