Job Summary
Support the Director of Finance in analysing and monitoring business metrics.
Partner with assigned business units through periodic interactions and business reviews.
Support annual business planning, working capital and risk management, and corporate initiatives.
Act as the lead finance partner to Corporate IS.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support performance management through analysis of key business metrics and participation in business reviews.
- Participate in three-year strategy and annual operating plan development and drive variance analysis.
- Help business units optimise BI tools and dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Support financial discipline, working capital management, and credit control.
- Support BI, costing, credit-control centralisation, and other Corporate or business-unit initiatives.
- Monitor CapEx and support greenfield, M&A, and restructuring projects.
- Strengthen systems, workflows, procedures, policies, and controls.
- Monitor compliance with Group finance policies and processes.
- Track internal audit observations and implementation of agreed action plans.

Work Experience and Qualification
- Five to seven years of relevant experience.
- Experience in medium or large FMCG businesses with multiple products or locations is preferred.
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- MBA specialising in Finance from a reputed business school is an added advantage.
