Job Summary
- The Administrator Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the organization. This role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the facility's operational efficiency and effectiveness, including the management of CCTV systems and door access controls.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Schedule and oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks for all equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and functionality of CCTV camera systems.
- Regularly review footage and reports to ensure security protocols are followed..
- Manage the door access control systems, including issuing and deactivating access cards or codes.
- Monitor access logs and address any security breaches or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports and inventory of supplies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance status, including any issues or concerns.
- Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of maintenance work
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain relationships for future service needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to maintenance activiti
- Execute the required Modifications to improve the reliability of equipment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the facility.
- Assist in the development and management of the maintenance budget.
- Any other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement (with relevant Training)

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience
- Min 4 Years’ experience in all kinds of PLCs and other machines in a Manufacturing / FMCG business
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures for equipment, facilities, CCTV systems, and access control technologies.
- Ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and management.
