About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Associates and Senior Consultants in Retail Capability Enablement and Product Support functions.
- Develop strategic plans for capability development, implementation, sustainment, and continuous delivery.
- Oversee gathering and documentation of future state business requirements.
- Support process re engineering efforts to translate business strategies into scalable ways of working.
- Ensure alignment across functions including Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Pricing, UX, Tech, and Data.
- Manage prioritization and execution of workstreams within project plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify current and future state processes.
- Guide development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), decision matrices, and workflow documentation.
- Collaborate with UX, Tech, and Data teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors (SaaS) or internal teams for in house builds.
- Oversee sprint planning, retrospectives, UAT, go live activities, daily standups, and cross functional sync meetings.
- Monitor product performance post launch and document enhancement requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related business field; Master's degree is an asset
- 5+ years of experience in capability development or product management roles
- High proficiency using MS Office applications and project management tools like JIRA/Trello
- Proven track record of managing teams through successful project lifecycles
- Excellent communication skills capable of articulating complex ideas clearly across different audiences
- Proven analytical/problem solving abilities
- Thrives leading collaborative environments fostering teamwork
- Flexible mindset embracing change and shifting priorities
