About the Role

- Develop and execute dealer and internal communications for Sales Acceleration programs
- Support the Frontier product feedback channel including management of dealer inquiries
- Coordinate communications to various stakeholders including internal teams, dealers, and senior management
- Develop presentation materials and engage with new communication channels such as social media and AI
- Provide relationship management, resolve conflicts, and enable discussions among stakeholders
Requirements
- 3 5 years practical experience in communications, merchandising, or corporate position
- University degree or equivalent
- Ability to work in team environment and influence multiple stakeholders
- Strong customer focus with emphasis on building relationships
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with store centric programs/projects is an asset
- Experience with a Dealer Model Retail Environment is an asset
- Comfortability using AI powered tools is an asset

Role Overview
- The Communications Consultant, Sales Acceleration role translates commercial priorities into clear dealer communications.
- Acts as connective tissue between Sales Acceleration programs, merchants, and Dealers.
- Reports to the Program Manager, Sales Acceleration.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Sales Acceleration leadership on dealer and internal sales driving culture content.
- Develop strategy/schedule of posts and manage execution.
- Support development of Frontier feedback channel including management/resolution of dealer inquiries.
- Support ongoing development of Dealer's Den group, facilitating meetings and tracking SKU details.
- Coordinate communications to internal team members, dealers, and senior management.
- Support execution of corporate/dealer communication programs.
- Engage with new communications channels such as social media, networking sites, and AI.
- Provide high level of relationship management, resolving conflicts and enabling discussions.
What You Bring
- 3 5 years practical experience in communications, merchandising, or corporate position.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work in team environment and influence multiple stakeholders.

- Comfortable working in fast paced, cross functional team and meeting tight deadlines.

Salary Range
- Typical hiring range: CAD 53,000 CAD 88,000 annually.
- Target salary range: CAD 55,000 CAD 60,000 annually.
