- Establish evaluation metrics and methods to measure effectiveness of eLearning programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and convert into engaging online courses
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including IT, HR, and training departments
- Oversee development of eLearning content ensuring alignment with instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for eLearning initiatives
- Conduct quality assurance checks to review course content, functionality, and user experience
- Stay up to date with eLearning technologies, tools, and trends
- Provide digital and innovative training to support the training cycle for new onboarders
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications or related field
- 5 7 years of experience in L&D, training department or content creation field
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within eLearning, instructional design team or content design team
- Up to date knowledge of latest trends, tools, and best practices in eLearning and instructional design
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and experiment with new delivery methodologies and technologies in adult learning and blended learning environments
- Experience in conducting quality assurance checks and addressing compliance issues in eLearning content and delivery
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to training and development
- CIPD certified candidate is preferred

Scope

Selection Criteria
- A graduate degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications or a related field is required.
- Candidate with 5 7 of experience in an L&D, training department or a content creation field.
- Transguard EPT level 5.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within an eLearning, instructional design team or content design team.
