We are looking for a skilled and responsible Manager to oversee daily company operations, manage staff, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily office and site operations
- Manage and coordinate staff activities
- Monitor employee performance and attendance
- Handle client communications and business coordination
- Support sales and business development activities
- Prepare reports and update management regularly
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office and reporting systems
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- UAE experience preferred

- Salary: 4000-5000
- Visa: Provided by company
