Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the delivery and availability of Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions (One ERP) and services
- Manage operational activities of digital platforms and adopt modern technologies to transform the digital landscape
- Provide expertise in shaping and delivering ERP platforms, associated roadmaps and plans
- Ensure efficient design, selection, development, implementation, and integration of ERP solutions
- Manage delivery of Group wide programs and projects in compliance with Function delivery standards
- Contribute to development and rollout of ADNOC Group Digital & Cybersecurity standards
- Manage assessment and implementation of emerging business solutions including blockchain, AI, advanced analytics
- Establish customer and business focused culture within the ERP section
- Manage IT investments planning, cost optimization, and vendor selection
- Ensure information security and operational resilience for ERP solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent business studies
- 15 years of IT experience including at least 8 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in IT
- Project management exposure for large/long term IT projects in IT solutions development and IT services management
- Experience as a managing consultant from a top tier IT Consultancy firm is preferred

Job Purpose
- Plan and manage the delivery and availability of Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions (One ERP) and services critical to the ADNOC Group’s core business areas.
- Manage operational activities of digital platforms and adopt modern technologies to transform the digital landscape.
- Provide expertise in shaping and delivering ERP platforms, associated roadmaps and plans.
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development of the Group Digital & Cybersecurity strategy and lead implementation of ERP roadmaps.
- Manage assessment and implementation of emerging business solutions including blockchain, AI, advanced analytics.
- Establish a customer and business focused culture within the ERP section.
- Guide analysis, scope development, technical evaluations, prototyping, developing, implementing, and delivering solutions.
- Manage development, implementation and support of high quality and cost effective ERP solutions.
- Ensure deployed ERP solutions have followed comprehensive testing and quality assurance process.
- Adopt optimal value delivery and cost optimization for ERP solutions.
- Manage design, implementation, maintenance, and sourcing of ERP solutions.
- Support identification, evaluation and selection of qualified vendors and services providers.
- Manage capacity planning and resource scheduling.
- Act as technical authority for reviewing and endorsing IT software procurement.
- Build strong working relationships with ADNOC Group management.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent business studies.
- 15 years of IT experience including at least 8 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in IT.
- Project management exposure for large/long term IT projects in IT solutions development and IT services management.
- Experience as a managing consultant from a top tier IT Consultancy firm is also preferred.
Communications & Working Relationships
- Regular contacts with IT Management Team and End users up to Directors across ADNOC.
- Frequent contact with Programme / Project Manager and Enterprise Architect.
- Regular contact with counterparts in ADNOC Group Companies.
- Frequent contacts with ADNOC Group’s companies, internal/external auditors, vendors, consultants.
- Occasional contacts with senior management of international oil companies.
- Regular contacts with international IT service providers and telecommunication providers.
