Role Overview
The Database Manager will lead the design, management and optimization of mCanvas’s database infrastructure.
The role combines hands-on programming, database architecture, software delivery and people leadership.
Work Arrangement

Database and Architecture Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain scalable, high-performance database systems for a high-volume AdTech platform.
- Lead data modeling, schema design and architecture decisions across transactional and analytical workloads.
- Evaluate database technologies, cloud platforms and tools to improve performance and scalability.
- Monitor performance through query tuning, indexing and caching, and ensure availability, disaster recovery and backups.
