Responsibilities
- Design AI and machine learning algorithms for ad decisioning, bidding, creative optimization, forecasting, and classification.
- Automate data engineering and ETL processes from ad-serving events.
- Prepare structured and unstructured data and perform feature engineering.
- Analyze event logs to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Build predictive models, dashboards, automated reports, and scalable proof-of-concept products.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to integrate algorithms.
- Communicate results and recommendations using data visualization.
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist.
- Digital advertising data science experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, statistics, data modelling, engineering, and mining is required.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and real-time data processing is required.
- Proficiency in R, Julia, Python, SQL, or Apache Spark is required.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and distributed cloud data frameworks is required.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and presentation skills are required.
- A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant technical or quantitative field is required.
