Role Overview
Lead cabin crew engagement, performance, wellbeing, and career development initiatives.
Influence employee experience and operational excellence across the aviation business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach cabin crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences and service excellence.
- Drive engagement and performance initiatives that motivate and empower cabin crew.
- Design development and career progression programs.
- Deliver engagement events, forums, workshops, and recognition initiatives.
- Oversee performance management and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Address performance concerns with operational leaders and implement improvement strategies.
- Build relationships across Training, Service Delivery, Guest Relations, HR, Cabin Safety, and Welfare.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on sensitive people and operational matters.
- Promote safety, compliance, and operational excellence under GCAA and international standards.
- Lead investigations into service, operational, and performance matters.
- Foster continuous learning, feedback, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a people management role.
- A recognized university degree or professional qualifications in business and people management are desired.
- Operating cabin crew experience is preferred but not essential.
Training and Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of managing large multicultural work groups in an airline or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of airline safety, security, operations, and cabin crew management.
- Good project management skills.
- Understanding of UAE culture and values.
