Role overview
The Manager Crew Engagement will shape the performance, wellbeing, engagement, and career development of Etihad's cabin crew community.
The role influences employee experience, service excellence, and operational performance across the business.
Core responsibilities
- Champion service excellence and coach cabin crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Drive engagement and performance initiatives that motivate, develop, and empower cabin crew.
- Design and implement development and career progression programs.
- Create engagement events, forums, workshops, and recognition initiatives.
- Oversee cabin crew performance management and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with operational leaders to address performance concerns and implement improvement strategies.
- Represent cabin crew across Training, Service Delivery, Guest Relations, HR, Cabin Safety, Welfare, and other business areas.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on sensitive, high-impact matters.
- Promote safety, compliance, and operational excellence under GCAA regulations and international aviation standards.
- Lead investigations into service, operational, and performance-related matters.
- Foster continuous learning, feedback, and professional development.
