Plan, coordinate, and deliver HR projects and initiatives within agreed timelines, scope, and resources.
Provide project governance, reporting, documentation, and implementation support across the HR project portfolio.
Support delivery of the HR Operating Model programme and related change initiatives.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate and track projects across the HR roadmap against agreed plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives and change programmes, including the HR Operating Model project.
- Apply project management standards, governance processes, and reporting requirements across HR projects.
- Coordinate activities, manage dependencies, and support project outcomes with HR teams and business stakeholders.
- Prepare updates and reports covering progress, risks, issues, and key decisions for governance forums and leadership teams.
- Escalate risks, issues, and delays with appropriate mitigation plans.
- Partner with HR leadership and HR Technology teams to prioritize and deliver HR initiatives and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education in HR, Business, Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of project or programme management experience within HR.
- Practical experience with project management frameworks such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve ambiguous problems.
- Proven ability to take ownership and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver results.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma experience is an advantage.
