- Support identification, assessment, development, and implementation of new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical infrastructure development plans
- Conduct market, operational, and feasibility assessments
- Develop business cases, financial assessments, implementation plans
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements
- Lead assigned workstreams for implementation of approved initiatives
- Monitor implementation progress, benefits realization, and service performance
- Plan, execute and monitor delivery and closure of assigned projects
- Oversee quality control throughout project life cycles
- Provide structured project documentation and progress reports
- Manage and plan business and infrastructure development resources
Requirements
- High School Qualification with minimum 9 years of job related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 8 years of job related experience
- Experience within the project management field, managing large scope projects
- Strong command over English language
- Excellent listening, perceiving and understanding skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure to define tight timescales and budget
- Managerial skills Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members
- A change agent, results oriented who can deliver innovative execution at pace
- Must possess a strong, decisive and collaborative leadership style

About the Role
- To lead the planning, development, and delivery of strategic business and infrastructure initiatives that support operational excellence, organizational growth, and long term business objectives.
- Responsible for business case development, feasibility assessments, capital investment planning, project governance, and evaluation and implementation of business improvement and development opportunities.
Strategic
- Support identification, assessment, development, and implementation of new business opportunities, services, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical infrastructure development plans.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver business and infrastructure development plan.
- Manage risks identified by Cargo Leadership team and define mitigation resolutions.
Operational
- Conduct market, operational, and feasibility assessments.
- Develop business cases, financial assessments, implementation plans, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define operational, infrastructure, technology, regulatory, and resource requirements.
- Lead assigned workstreams associated with implementation of approved business development initiatives.
- Support development of operating models, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor implementation progress, benefits realization, and service performance.
- Plan, execute and monitor delivery and closure of assigned projects.
- Oversee quality control throughout all project life cycles.
- Provide structured project documentation and progress reports.
- Manage and plan business and infrastructure development resources.
- Collaborate with ORAT Project team for trial and training requirements.
- Ensure designs are based on LEAN/Six Sigma principles.
About You
- High School Qualification with minimum 9 years of job related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 8 years of job related experience.
- Experience within the project management field, managing large scope projects.
- Strong command over English language.
- Excellent listening, perceiving and understanding skills.

- Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodology.
- Relevant and advanced level courses from recognized establishments in aviation, Cargo and Freight operations, warehousing with material handling systems.
- Experience in large infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to demonstrate flexibility in meeting the demands of the business unit.
- Proven ability for solution oriented, effective communication with internal departments.
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
