Position Objective
Increase business revenues.
Develop, implement, and maintain retail-standard operating procedures across stores.
Oversee store recruiting, hiring, and training needs.
Represent the brand through sales, customer service, and retail experience.
Provide leadership and support to employees.
Sales and Profitability
- Achieve performance measures covering transaction value, monthly sales, sales per square foot, turnover, shrinkage, and conversion.
- Set store sales targets to maximize sales and profitability.
- Guide area and store managers to maximize productivity through available resources.
- Manage operational costs and reduce costs through automation.
Operations and People
- Enforce company SOPs, policies, procedures, and loss prevention audit guidelines across stores.
- Monitor employee compliance with required measures.
- Oversee execution of visual merchandising guidelines across stores.
- Recruit and train staff in sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and company etiquette.
- Evaluate employee performance and support coaching, motivation, and open communication.
- Interpret and make decisions on operational and visual standards based on the provided source text.
Requirements
- Experience managing retail brand operations and store performance.
- Ability to recruit, train, coach, motivate, and evaluate store employees.
- Ability to enforce company SOPs, policies, procedures, and loss prevention audit guidelines.
- Ability to manage sales targets, profitability, productivity, and operational costs across stores.
