Role Overview

Azizi Developments is hiring a manager to own the physical expression and technical operation of its brand assets.

The role covers Dubai and international locations, including construction sites, malls, billboards, sales centres, and architectural models.

The position is hands-on and site-oriented rather than a desk-only marketing role.

Physical Brand Assets

  • Plan, install, audit, maintain, refurbish, and replace building signage.
  • Manage construction-site hoardings, crane branding, and temporary installations.
  • Oversee OOH infrastructure, billboards, campaign changes, and technical operations.
  • Manage mall kiosks, displays, relocations, technical systems, and upkeep.
  • Manage building and masterplan models, logistics, and technical integration.
  • Oversee illuminated signage, LED systems, lighting, timers, automation, and controls.

Operations and Governance

  • Create and maintain a centralized brand asset register.
  • Implement preventative maintenance to improve asset uptime.
  • Source suppliers, manage quotations and fabrication, and oversee SLAs and quality control.
  • Ensure installations meet technical, structural safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Inspect sites, review drawings, challenge suppliers, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate contractors.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in one or more of OOH infrastructure, signage, fabrication, retail displays, facilities or asset management, construction-site branding, architectural models, or technical project management.
  • Knowledge of signage production, LED systems, electrical systems, structural mounting, fabrication drawings, installation logistics, maintenance, permits, timelines, and budgets.
  • Strong organization, commercial judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple assets and projects while working across construction sites, workshops, malls, and technical drawings.

Success Measures

Maintain complete visibility of physical brand assets and achieve high asset uptime.

Deliver compliant, on-time installations and replacements with strong supplier performance.

Maintain proactive preventative maintenance and avoid critical safety issues.
