Position Objective
Support the Business Head and Senior Finance Manager in annual business planning and budgeting for the brand.
Ensure budget targets are realistic, sufficiently challenging, and aligned with business potential.
Monitor performance, report achievements and variances, and advise on preventive and corrective actions.
Provide decision-support analysis for new stores, brands, countries, refurbishments, and closure or exit options.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS for stakeholders.
- Analyze P&L results and present them to management.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing stores to assess profitability.
- Present business plans and budgets for the brand.
- Manage import payments related to purchasing.
- Track the profitability of new-age stores.
- Present P&Ls to principals and serve as a point of contact for business affairs.
- Perform breakeven analysis for loss-making stores.
- Track and authorize trade license and rent expenses.
- Analyze stock reports and authorize warehouse movement of small wares and equipment.
- Prepare ad hoc reports based on customized business requirements.
