- Participate in structured rotations across the Finance department, including General Cashiering, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, Cost Control, General Ledger, and Financial Planning
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and month end closing activities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Learn and apply internal controls, financial compliance requirements, and audit procedures
- Collaborate with operational departments to understand the financial impact of business decisions
- Participate in training sessions, development programs, and assigned projects
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and demonstrate professionalism
- Complete assigned learning objectives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in hospitality finance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SunSystems, Oracle, SAP) or hotel finance systems is an advantage

Overview
- This is a developmental role designed to provide comprehensive exposure to hotel finance operations. Through a structured training program, the trainee will rotate across key finance functions, gaining hands on experience in financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, income auditing, cost
- Working closely with the Finance leadership team, the trainee will develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills to prepare for future supervisory and management roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Education
