- Create a smooth and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure
- Support daily Front Office operations, including room allocation, VIP arrivals, and guest requests
- Monitor service standards and assist teams in delivering prompt, personalized service
- Build strong coordination with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
- Gain hands on exposure across Concierge, Housekeeping, and Spa operations
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management
- Internship experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Confident communication in English; additional languages are a plus

The Team
- You will be part of our Rooms Division, reporting to the Director of Rooms.
- Work closely with leaders across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping & Laundry, and Spa & Recreation.
Your Role
- As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a hands on learning journey across the Rooms Division.
- Develop a strong foundation in hotel operations and leadership.
How You’ll Make the Place
- Create a smooth and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Support daily Front Office operations, including room allocation, VIP arrivals, and guest requests.
- Monitor service standards and assist teams in delivering prompt, personalized service.

- You are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- You hold a diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- You have gained practical exposure through internships in a luxury hotel environment.
- You are detail oriented, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- You communicate confidently in English, with additional languages being a plus.
- You are eager to learn, adaptable, and enjoy working as part of a team.
