- Maintain and update financial records accurately
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements, if required
- Prepare and file tax documents and support external audits
- Monitor expenses and identify cost saving opportunities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial transactions
- Coordinate with management, auditors, and regulatory authorities when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of local tax and financial regulations
