- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position
- Proven experience leading digital media, social media, or digital transformation teams

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Google Analytics, Meta, AI, or Project Management are considered an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Proven experience leading digital media, social media, or digital transformation teams.
- Experience within media organizations, broadcasting, television, or digital content industries is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and audience analytics.
- Familiarity with AI powered content creation and automation tools.
- Understanding of OTT platforms, streaming technologies, and digital publishing.
- Ability to interpret analytics and transform insights into strategic decisions.
- Strong project management skills.
