We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Salon Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations of a ladies beauty salon in Qatar.
The Salon Supervisor is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, supervising salon staff, maintaining operational standards, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth and efficient salon operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, beauty industry experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Monitor appointment schedules and staff allocation to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.
- Ensure salon policies, procedures, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently followed.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures of the salon.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized salon environment.
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise, motivate, and support beauticians, hairstylists, nail technicians, therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
- Conduct staff briefings and communicate operational updates.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
- Address staff concerns and support conflict resolution when necessary.
- Foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture.
Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure all clients receive exceptional service and a luxury salon experience.
- Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
Sales & Business Performance
- Support achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Promote salon services, retail products, memberships, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor service and retail sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Assist management in identifying business growth opportunities.
Inventory & Asset Control
- Monitor inventory levels of salon products, retail items, and operational supplies.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Minimize product wastage and ensure proper storage of salon materials.
- Report equipment maintenance requirements and operational issues promptly.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor staff productivity and service performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with salon financial procedures.
- Support management in implementing salon policies and operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Beauty Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in a beauty salon, spa, or hospitality environment.
- Minimum **1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience**.
- Strong knowledge of beauty salon operations and customer service standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon management software.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Female candidate with proven experience in a ladies beauty salon, luxury spa, or premium beauty center.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage a multicultural team.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional salon experiences.
- Results-driven with the ability to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts according to salon operational requirements.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
Authority Level
The Salon Supervisor is authorized to oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, monitor service quality, resolve customer issues, and make operational decisions necessary to ensure the smooth running of the salon while reporting directly to the Salon Manager or Owner.
