Responsibilities
- Conduct routine HSE inspections, risk assessments, and workplace safety audits for facility management activities
- Monitor compliance with HSE policies, PTW, PPE requirements, and emergency procedures; investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training while maintaining HSE records and preparing monthly reports
- Assist in emergency drills, fire safety inspections, and first aid coordination
- Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure compliance with client HSE requirements
- Support continual improvement initiatives and perform other HSE related duties as assigned by the HSE Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years experience as HSE Officer
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Risk Assessment, PTW, Incident Investigation, and Qatar HSE regulations

Job Summary

Qualifications
- Academic/Professional Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
- Years of Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience as an HSE Officer
- Skills: Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Risk Assessment, PTW, Incident Investigation, and Qatar HSE regulations; Good communication, report writing, and computer skills (MS Office); Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, and organizational skills
