About the Role

- Manage maintenance spare parts petty cash and settle amounts
- Manage relationship with maintenance vendors and contractors
- Issue periodic reports on objectives, achievements, and spending

Maintenance Plan
- Issue the Preventive Maintenance Plan Matrix Plan for all the stores of the assigned region/branch through the distribution of the maintenance tasks and setting a timeline.
Maintenance Tasks
- Distribute the daily corrective maintenance tasks to the Foremen based on the received system maintenance requests.
- Monitor the corrective maintenance tasks through reviewing the system and the approved job orders.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with the Foremen to ensure implementation of the Preventive Maintenance Plan.
Budget
- Contribute to the maintenance budget through communication of branch requirements to the Store Maintenance Senior Manager.
Operations
- Manage the maintenance spare parts petty cash and settle amounts with Finance Division.
- Manage the relationship with maintenance vendors and contractors.
- Issue periodic reports to present objectives, achievements, scorecard, petty cash status, actual spending against budget.
Work Environment
- Indoors: 20%, Outdoors: 80%
- Working Days: 5 Working Days, Days off: 2 Days Off
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (1 hour break)
