Job Summary

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking a skilled "

Maintenance Service Project Manager"

to lead the delivery of telecom maintenance projects, ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

This role involves managing end-to-end maintenance service operations, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement.

Required & Preferred Skills

  • Minimum
  • 5+ years of experience in Service Project Management (SPM)
  • within telecom or network environments
  • Strong knowledge of
  • network security management and EHS standards
  • Proven experience in
  • customer-facing roles and stakeholder management
  • Experience in
  • telecom maintenance or project delivery environments
  • **Arabic and English language proficiency required**
  • **PMP or Huawei Project Management certification is preferred**
  • At least
  • 2 years of experience as a Project Manager within Huawei projects or similar telecom environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Own
  • end-to-end maintenance service delivery
  • , including pre-sales support and after-sales execution
  • Manage
  • project financials
  • , including post-warranty service orders, revenue, cost control, and labor hour approvals
  • Drive
  • customer satisfaction
  • , maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders (O&M teams, senior customer representatives, etc.)
  • Identify major issues and customer complaints, initiate
  • escalation management
  • , and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate
  • customer resources during incident/accident recovery
  • and manage post-recovery customer care
  • Lead
  • project initiation, team setup, resource planning, and performance management
  • Ensure
  • delivery quality, execution planning, and adherence to timelines
  • Collaborate with Key Account stakeholders to ensure
  • closure of high-risk items (e.g., EOS/license-related risks)
  • Ensure compliance with
  • network quality, security standards, and safety regulations (EHS)
  • Manage
  • spare parts delivery, inventory control, and overdue material tracking
  • , ensuring cost and quality efficiency

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Communication Engineering
