About the Role

Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and integrate mechanical components of machines and systems
- Use Industry 4.0 technologies like 3D printing and AMR
- Carry out maintenance work on mechanical and electronic systems including inspections, cleaning and lubrication
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems using root cause analysis
- Maintain robot systems and other automated components
- Define and improve predictive maintenance planning
- Perform functional and performance tests on automation systems
- Collaborate with tool makers, engineers and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation
- Knowledge of cam controlled machines like Bihler, Wafios, Finzer
- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical CAD systems (Creo Direct)
- Experience in integration and programming of robot systems (Mitsubishi, Stäubli)

Qualifications

Skills
- High speed automatic assembly lines (Stiwa, PIA, Festo, Omron, B&R, DA Automation).
- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical CAD systems (Creo Direct).
- Experience in integration and programming of robot systems (Mitsubishi, Stäubli).
- Knowledge of machine safety and fault diagnosis.
- Experience with Bihler technologies and STIWA assembly technology.
