Role Overview
Coordinate facilities maintenance operations for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
The role supports building maintenance, compliance, work-order tracking, vendor coordination, and emergency technical response.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance of MEP systems.
- Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Track work orders and ensure timely completion through a CAFM/CMMS system.
- Monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Prepare maintenance reports, asset records, and documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, procurement, and inventory management.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with client and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate emergency maintenance and technical breakdowns.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- 2–5 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and building management systems.
