Electronic Arts is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer III for EA Player Security Data Labs.

The role builds and operates production-grade data and machine learning infrastructure for fraud detection, anti-cheat, and account security across EA games.

The position follows a hybrid work model combining remote work and in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain scalable ingestion, transformation, and feature pipelines for machine learning workflows.
  • Own production data and machine learning infrastructure, including processing, training, and inference pipelines.
  • Partner with data scientists to productionize models with reliable data and feature computation.
  • Ensure pipelines are reliable, repeatable, observable, and cloud agnostic.
  • Contribute to architecture standards, platform decisions, and engineering best practices.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in data engineering, machine learning engineering, or a related production-ownership role.
  • Strong Python and SQL proficiency and experience with large-scale production data pipelines.
  • Experience with data-intensive systems and modern programming languages, including Rust.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end machine learning workflows and model deployment infrastructure.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitLab, Terraform, and Spark.
