Requirements

Proven experience as a Mac Expert / macOS IT Specialist / Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or similar role.
Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, Apple ID management, and Apple ecosystem integrations.
Familiarity with MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune for macOS).
Experience with networking, VPNs, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
[Optional] Relevant Apple certifications (ACSP, ACTC, ACMT) are a plus.
