Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive IT Engineer Intern to support our field IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with clients, troubleshoot issues on-site, and develop essential technical and communication skills. You’ll be part of a knowledgeable team, gaining exposure to various IT environments and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot IT issues at client locations.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Diagnose network, software, and hardware problems and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document support tasks and keep client records up to date.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and work in a field support capacity.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working with a diverse range of IT technologies.
- Availability for a 3-month internship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
