Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and management of cybersecurity measures to protect client data and systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Provide IT support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cybersecurity and network infrastructure.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of security tools and technologies such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to ensure the highest level of protection for our clients.
- Participate in client meetings virtually, to discuss technical solutions and address any queries.
- Work with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to monitor, detect, and respond to potential security threats.
- Collaborate with the Security Operations Centre (SOC) team to support incident response and threat analysis.
- Utilize Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions to identify and mitigate endpoint security threats.
- Assist in the deployment and management of Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms to streamline and enhance security operations.
- Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies to safeguard sensitive information.
- Oversee data backup and retention processes to ensure data integrity and availability in case of incidents.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
