- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors in luxury property transactions
- Generate and manage a portfolio of high value property listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals, investors, and property owners
- Conduct private property viewings and deliver a premium client experience
- Negotiate high value sales and leasing agreements
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Stay informed about luxury market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi
- Promote luxury properties through digital marketing, social media, and exclusive networking events
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and ensure compliance with company policies
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury real estate or premium property sales
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's luxury real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to build relationships with high net worth clients and investors
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
