We are seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead our transport operations based in Yatala . Reporting into the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing driver operations, transport administration, fleet performance, safety compliance, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive operational excellence, optimise fleet utilisation, and build a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with regulatory and fatigue management requirements.
Proven experience leading transport, logistics, fleet, or distribution operations in a supervisory or management capacity.
Strong knowledge of transport compliance, safety legislation, and fatigue management requirements.
Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance, manage costs, and optimise fleet utilisation.
A people-first leader with a track record of coaching, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
