Responsibilities
- Support daily communication and coordination with 3PL partners, including assisting in training sessions and follow ups
- Collect and consolidate data from cross functional teams (Operations, Commercial, Finance) to support reporting and analysis needs
- Perform data analysis using Excel (X lookups, pivot tables) to track logistics KPIs and generate operational insights
- Create and edit visual materials — posters, banners, and short form videos — for internal communications and partner facing content
- Assist in building simple automated workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve team efficiency
Requirements
- Undergraduate student or full time Master's/MBA student
- Available for a 6 month full time internship
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with X lookups, pivot tables, and basic data manipulation
- Able to create visual content using Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Strong written and spoken English
- Self motivated and eager to learn in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
- Bias for efficiency and automation
- Prior internship or project experience in operations/logistics is a plus
