About the Role
My Perfume Factory LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Head to oversee import/export operations, customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and supply chain in Dubai. You will manage end-to-end logistics, coordinate with authorities and freight forwarders, and lead the logistics team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end to end import and export operations across air, sea, and land shipments
- Handle duty exemptions for import and export shipments and coordinate with customs authorities for priority processing
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international trade requirements
- Manage MOFA linking, Dubai Municipality registrations, product approvals, and other regulatory requirements
- Oversee preparation and review of all shipment documentation
- Coordinate with government authorities, customs departments, chambers of commerce, and regulatory bodies
- Manage supplier, freight forwarder, shipping line, and transporter relationships
- Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of shipments to warehouse locations
- Oversee export documentation for GCC and international markets
- Manage shipment costing, freight expense reviews, and logistics related financial coordination
- Ensure logistics data is accurately maintained within ERP systems
- Monitor logistics KPIs, identify operational improvements, and implement cost saving initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of logistics, customs clearance, and supply chain experience within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, import/export regulations, and government approvals
- Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in both English and Hindi are mandatory
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Logistics Head to oversee and manage all import, export, customs clearance, regulatory compliance, freight coordination, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end to end import and export operations across air, sea, and land shipments.
- Handle duty exemptions for import and export shipments and coordinate with customs authorities for priority processing.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international trade requirements.
- Manage MOFA linking, Dubai Municipality registrations, product approvals, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee preparation and review of all shipment documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, customs declarations, DG approvals, and export documents.
- Coordinate with government authorities, customs departments, chambers of commerce, and regulatory bodies for approvals, attestations, and certifications.
- Manage supplier, freight forwarder, shipping line, and transporter relationships.
- Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery of shipments to warehouse locations.
- Oversee export documentation for GCC and international markets, including regulatory and customer specific requirements.
- Manage shipment costing, freight expense reviews, and logistics related financial coordination.
- Ensure logistics data is accurately maintained within ERP systems.

Pay
- AED 4,000 AED 5,000 per month
