- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
- Handle email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement initiatives
- Monitor website and campaign performance, applying data driven improvements to boost results
- Optimize product pages and landing pages to increase conversions
- Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create compelling and cohesive campaigns
- Support e commerce activities including product updates, promotions, and online customer engagement
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, strategies, and beauty industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Prior UAE experience is required
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing platforms
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
