About the Role

- Keep track of all payments and expenditures including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
- Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
- Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
- Create invoices according to company practices and submit to customers
- Maintain and update customer files
- Draft correspondence for standard past due accounts and collections
- Research customer discrepancies and past due amounts
- Assist in generating monthly billing statements
- Assist Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month

Job Description
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Bank Reconciliation
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
- Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
- Drafts correspondence for standard past due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment.
Additional Details
- Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
- Researches customer discrepancies and past due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff.
- Collaborates with the Collections Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis.
- Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
- Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
- Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
- Relays changes of information to appropriate employees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
