Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 applications
- Set up and maintain high performance PCs for graphic designers, including Adobe Creative Cloud software
- Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems and business applications
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, email, and network issues
- Configure LAN/Wi Fi networks, printers, and shared resources
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions through Active Directory
- Perform system maintenance, backups, antivirus updates, and security checks
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs
- Provide remote and on site technical support while ensuring minimal downtime
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or Desktop Support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10/11
- Experience supporting graphic design workstations and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Active Directory
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Hindi and English

Overview
- MY PERFUME FACTORY LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

- This role involves providing end user technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing Microsoft 365 environments, supporting graphic design workstations, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems.
