- Coordinate and monitor transportation, packing, moving, and delivery operations
- Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely and cost effective deliveries
- Communicate with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and service providers regarding logistics activities
- Track shipments and maintain accurate logistics and transportation records
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery schedules, and operational reports
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams when required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of logistics coordination and shipment management processes
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Knowledge of UAE transportation and logistics regulations is an advantage
