- Receive and process cash, card, cheque, and electronic payments accurately
- Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to customers
- Maintain daily cash balances and reconcile cash transactions at end of each shift
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain supporting documentation
- Prepare daily cash reports and submit to finance department
- Record financial transactions accurately in accounting system
- Assist customers with billing and payment related inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records
- Support accounting team with administrative and finance related tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a finance related role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting or billing software
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Description
- Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a dependable and detail oriented Cashier to join our finance team in Dubai.
- This role is ideal for a professional who can accurately process financial transactions, maintain cash records, and provide excellent customer service while supporting the company’s daily financial operations.
- The successful candidate will help ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all payment related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process cash, card, cheque, and electronic payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to customers.
- Maintain daily cash balances and reconcile cash transactions at the end of each shift.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the finance department.
- Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Assist customers with billing and payment related inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
- Support the accounting team with administrative and finance related tasks when required.
Requirements
