- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation accurately
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll related processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR related guidance and support
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel databases
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
