About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate import/export shipments (sea, air) with freight forwarders and shipping lines
- Handle port related documentation: Bill of Lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin
- Liaise with Dubai Customs, Jebel Ali Port / DP World, and free zone authorities for clearance
- Track container/cargo status and resolve delays, demurrage, or detention issues
- Coordinate with customs brokers for HS code classification and duty calculations
- Manage inbound/outbound scheduling with warehouse teams
- Maintain shipment records and cost tracking
- Negotiate rates with shipping lines, forwarders, and transporters
- Coordinate with sales/procurement on shipment timelines and stock availability
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DAP, etc.)
- Familiarity with customs documentation and HS code classification
- Working knowledge of UAE customs systems (e.g., Dubai Trade)
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI/Cloud
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good communication in English (Hindi is a plus)

Role Purpose
- Manage end to end logistics for imported/exported electronics goods, including port clearance, customs, freight coordination, and warehouse handoff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import/export shipments (sea, air) with freight forwarders and shipping lines

Skills & Knowledge

Compensation
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
