Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
- Plan and monitor local and international deliveries
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, courier companies, and transport providers
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate receiving, dispatch, and stock movement
- Monitor inventory transfers between warehouse and showroom
- Resolve delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and logistics related issues
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs and import/export procedures where applicable
- Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination
- Experience handling shipping documentation and coordinating with freight companies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Job Overview

Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
