- Record and maintain daily financial transactions
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare financial reports and management reports
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate accounting records
- Process employee reimbursements and support payroll preparation
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT filing
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Overview
- We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wholesale, trading, or retail businesses.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
