EMAR Saudi for Energy Works is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The role supports daily logistics operations, transportation, accommodation, suppliers, records, and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.
- Manage company vehicles, including allocation, maintenance, GPS, fuel, and records.
- Oversee employee accommodation, room allocation, maintenance, and housing requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, landlords, service providers, and project teams.
- Track logistics costs, documents, and operational reports.
- Support project sites and resolve day-to-day logistics issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics or operations.
- Experience in contracting or construction is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Familiarity with AI tools and effective daily use of them.
- Good command of English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to conduct field visits when required.
