EMAR Saudi for Energy Works is seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Engineer.
The role supports civil construction and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil construction and infrastructure projects.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Monitor site activities for project, quality, and schedule compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Oversee quantity surveying, material verification, and site inspections.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical issues, and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Support project documentation and close-out activities.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction materials, and structural engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of quality control and construction safety standards.
- Familiarity with AI tools and ability to use them effectively in daily work.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration is preferred.
- Experience in contracting or construction projects is preferred.
Work arrangement
- The role is full-time and on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The position may support projects across Saudi Arabia.
