Role Overview
EMAR Saudi for Energy Works is seeking a proactive and well-organized HSE Coordinator.
The role combines administrative HSE responsibilities with regular field coordination and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HSE training requests from project sites and external training providers.
- Maintain digital and physical records of employee safety certificates.
- Monitor certificate expiration dates and coordinate renewals to support site compliance.
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Permit Receivers on PPE requirements.
- Maintain records of PPE distribution, inventory, and replacement cycles.
- Support HSE documentation, reports, records, and compliance tracking.
- Conduct field visits and coordinate with project teams on HSE requirements.
- Maintain records using Excel, databases, and digital filing systems.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in HSE, construction, operations, or a similar environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with databases, inventory tracking, or digital filing systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage documentation, certificates, and PPE records efficiently.
- Basic IOSH or OSHA certification is a strong plus.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Willingness to conduct field visits when required.
Work Type and Location
- The position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The work type is on-site.
