Role Overview
EMAR Saudi for Energy Works is hiring a Fleet Coordinator for its fleet and accommodation operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor company vehicles, including allocation, maintenance, GPS, fuel, insurance, authorizations, and related records.
- Manage employee accommodation, including room allocation, maintenance requests, contract follow-up, and housing records.
- Coordinate with drivers, landlords, workshops, rental companies, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, accommodation, expenses, contracts, and operational activities.
- Follow up on vehicle and accommodation issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support the administration and operations team with related tasks when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Zero to two years of experience in logistics, operations, administration, fleet management, or a related role.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them effectively in daily work.
- Good command of English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to conduct field visits when required.

- The role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
