For 10 years we have been successfully implementing our architectural projects on the world stage.
Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator (Construction)** to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations for construction projects and sites
- Plan and monitor delivery schedules for materials, equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of construction materials
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, procurement team, and site management
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules and construction milestones
- Monitor inventory levels and warehouse activities when applicable
- Track shipments and resolve logistics or delivery issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations, safety standards, and company procedures
- Support site teams with mobilization and demobilization logistics
- Maintain logistics documentation, reports, and delivery records
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum **3–5 years** of logistics coordination experience within construction or real estate projects
- Strong understanding of construction site logistics and material handling processes
- Experience coordinating suppliers, transportation companies, and site teams
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system experience is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Fluent English required
